Distinctive Design

Diane Brannan earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Design & Merchandising - Interior Design from Colorado State University in 1995. She was honored when she received the James M. Henre Design Award for top Senior Design Student.

Prior experience includes 9 years working at The Neenan Company in Fort Collins, CO as a Senior Interior Designer. Diane was responsible for interior finish selections and specifications for Medical Office Buildings, Ambulatory Surgery Centers, Hospitals & Commercial Buildings. She assisted with programming, conceptual space planning & design detailing. She was responsible for the selection & coordination of interior finishes, additional services including selection, specification, procurement and coordination of systems furniture, supplemental furniture, accessories, artwork, signage & artificial plantscaping. Her projects have taken her from all over Colorado, to Wyoming, Texas and Oregon.

Diane has also worked to review & assemble commercial project data for small to large commercial projects in Northern Colorado. She has over 20 years of experience in the selection and installation of interior finishes: carpet - both residential & commercial, porcelain & ceramic tile, granite, marble, sandstone, slate, hardwood, paint and other wall coverings. Artwork selection is a specialty.

She has worked with Home Owners, Commercial Building Owners, Healthcare Administrators, Doctors, Board Members, as well as Construction Managers, Superintendents and Sales Representatives for all the various materials specified and/or purchased.

Diane is a Colorado native, growing up in a small farming community before moving to Fort Collins. She is married to a wonderful man, has four remarkable children, wonderful daughter & son-in-laws and four adorable grandchildren (so far). Diane loves to entertain, cook, shop, garden, camp and read.

Home Staging – The way a house is prepared for sale is a key factor in how quickly it sells, and how much it sells for. Staging depersonalizes a home, taking the home out of the house, without leaving it boring or uninviting.
